Pros

Pay and bonuses were good benefits overtime.

Cons

Managers some lack experience some are just lazy and expect that just because they're managers you have to do what they say even though they're sorry.

Solid company

Pros

-Good benefits. -Generous Profit sharing and bonus. -Positive culture. No backstabbing and politics aren’t a big issue. They take care of their employees. -Company is very healthy financially. -Invest in developing employees. -Great work/life balance. When you’re not at work, you’re not expected to check emails. -Strong moral values and culture.

Cons

-Top leadership can be erratic at times. President has final decision, but she is often right. She also asks for a lot of opinions from others before making a decision. -Ridiculous (and often comical) policies on keeping workspace neat and orderly. That being said, the facilities are impeccably maintained. The facilities and maintenance staff are wonderful people. They take pride in facilities’ appearance and professionalism. So the perks outweigh the quirks.

Great Job for People with the Right Temperament

Pros

So many perks! Great pay, bonus programs, gym, weight watchers, cafeteria, etc. Obviously your experience is going to vary from department to department, but I like my job and the people I work with.

Cons

There are definitely a lot of rules, like dress code, what font you can use in memos, how many personal items you can have at your desk, etc. You will know pretty quickly whether you can live with them or not. People tend to either quit their first three months or stay forever, with little in between. I'm used to companies where employees stay for a year or two, then move on. I don't see that here.
