Pros

Good pay and work life balance

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. I have worked for tough companies or have had difficult management before - it's not perfect anywhere. But this woman is a nightmare in every way. She clearly sees herself as a queen rather than the head of a company. She despises democrats so much (and yes - she makes this a known fact all the time) that she is convinced the current pandemic is a "democrat hoax." She puts herself and her employees in danger because of this mentality. Her business has not suffered and yet she pissed and moaned about people working from home because she can't stand not having her minions in their office uniforms worshipping her. It's nauseating - she's a terrible person. She parades trump loving sycophants in the office to provide "lunch and learns" - the learning part is always PRO-trump...and worse yet she sits in the back and doesn't allow anyone to ask REAL questions because she takes up the entire time pushing her narrative about how great Donald Trump is. She doesn't allow her department heads to actually run their departments - she hires and fires their employees on a whim based on nothing to do with performance. She hates women. She loves men as long as they never argue with her and worship her. She is a lunatic - she says things that are crazy and outrageous...and her minions are to carry out her crazy OR ELSE. People are ONLY there for the money. She has no loyalty from anyone - especially now. Don't even get me started on the 1950's dress code, which is unequally enforced between men and wolmen. They actually DID fire someone who was being harrassed by her "fashion police" or unkind office women who were jealous of her youth and beauty. Politics do NOT belong in the workplace. This woman emailed her Wisconsin employees asking them to sign a petition to recall the governor. In order for employees who fear coming back to full population or are high risk to remain in work from home status, they are being required to submit forms to HR that request DETAILS and PERSONAL medical information - pretty sure this is illegal. Oh - and people on her floor felt compelled to come to the office during the entire shutdown and a new breakout is happening on her wing as we speak (three new cases in one week). DO NOT CONSIDER COMING TO WORK FOR THIS NIGHTMARE WOMAN - I REGRET IT EVERY DAY. ALSO - the positive comments on here were procured by the HR department. I have several friends who were asked to do it. That is DISGUSTING

Pros

Good pay. Exposure to lots of thing.

Cons

When I first started, I was excited about the opportunity, despite the quirks of a strict dress code, and having to clock in/out while being salaried.. However, their response to COVID-19, or lack thereof, has exposed their careless attitude and distrust towards employees. They were last of all known companies to allow corporate employees to work from home, and now, they're the first to force them back. Employees are beginning their return this week - May 26. Their precautions are laughable at best. No one is required to wear masks, and they're begrudgingly allowing people to eat at their desks. There's no rhyme or reason to how people are returning - we were told to sign up to come in for a day for the next couple weeks (no thought around percentage of employees in the office - they just want you in), and work force is all in, 100%, by mid June. NO ONE ELSE IS BEING THIS CARELESS. I like the people, and I like what I do, but I'm out as soon as I can. I can't work for a company that risks employee health because they simply don't trust them.
