      Uline offers benefits and opportunities to every team member that are not available in most companies, including multiple bonus opportunities, regular cookouts and events for the family. Uline is clean, well managed, and growing, offering many different avenues of growth for employees who are willing to work hard and expect excellence.

      Cons

      Uline is selective in who they hire; however, is a great opportunity for those who are a good fit for Uline Culture.

      Pros

      Great company that cares about employees. Company continues to grow so there is always opportunity for upward movement. Generous bonuses every year that are paid out before Christmas. Safe, clean working environment.

      Cons

      Not always ideal hours, but business model is reason for sustained growth year over year and company is constantly holding events and having catered food for employees to show appreciation.

      Great benefits such as 401k, profit sharing bonus, yearly performance bonus, paid holidays and 3 weeks vacation time to start Safety is a top priority Reward employees for the hard work and long hours they put in Warehouse is clean and well lit Great team atmosphere helps keep moral up Working hours are not ideal, but benefits and bonuses make up for it Drug free workplace Cookouts and family events throughout the year Excellent sales growth

      Working overtime on a daily basis due to being under staffed Dress code is a bit strict for warehouse work
