Pros

Pay and benefits are top notch. Company is completely focused on quality products and service from top to bottom. Opportunities to advance are there and open to those who put in the work. You can make a career here, if you want.

Cons

Dress code is ancient and out of touch. The culture of feedback isn't for everyone but exists to help anyone improve.

Pros

Constant growth which makes it a very good and safe company to work for. Good environment and good people to work with. Great benefit package and competitive salary.

Cons

Not much cons here, pretty much a good place to work. Maybe it is not for everybody as it has a lot of structure and report directly into Corp Headquarters.

Pros

Pay - You cant beat the pay for a Warehouse Job

Cons

Supervisors "Department Managers" are paid to follow "worker bees" around all day and night and make sure they are constantly working and doing it correctly. Micro micro managing - the only experience most department managers had was a college degree. When I brought up a simple idea in a meeting that could make a job more efficient I was told "we are not a broken company, we don't need your help"
