Pros

Good Pay and opportunity to show what you are worth. Great benefits and PTO structure.

Cons

My overall experience was positive, but you will absolutely need the ability to deal with a cult like atmosphere. If you are experienced in the field, do not bother. They want people they can mold into management their way. I was able to make a career for myself, but you have to be willing to sacrifice any sort of family situation. The schedule you will work means you will not be present for your children's weekday activities. 10:30-7 Pm or later does not promote any family time. If you are an "overachiever" this will initially open up some doors, but management will ultimately use this against you, specifically if you volunteer for overtime. This will give you a stigma amongst managers as an OT "prostitute". No that is not made up. I was called that on many occasions. Here is opportunity but during your review process they use that as a negative citing how much extra money you have "taken" from the company. The longer that you stay employed there the worse the politics get. The company is extremely wasteful when it comes to owner visits. The branch will trash thousands and thousands of dollars of product in the effort to make the branch presentable, This happens at every location at least once a year. The fear that surrounds corporate visitors is very apparent and is felt by every person. Length of service used to mean something, now it is used against you as the company grows and the original members retire. Certain managers would call you a dinosaur or old lady/man on a daily basis, using your time and experience to insult you. Certain managers absolutely made it known the company wanted you gone as you got older. If you look for another job and your resume is found online you will have to answer for that. You will be called in and interrogated on why you are looking to leave. Rolling 12-month PTO policy? Yes 12 months. I planned and paid for a vacation 15 months in advance, and when I submitted it I was told " if time is available, you will get approval if not you can either pay to change it or quit". Why bother submitting time at all.
