Pros

- Competitive pay. - Good Bonuses (Profit Sharing). - Great amenities (Gym, Cafe, Clean/beautiful buildings).

Cons

- Definition of a micromanaging company. Must send your Top 3 to-do's to manager every morning like we are in high school. - Small decision has to go through committee and/or get the President's approval. - Expect you to do long hours (High 40s to 50hrs per week is the norm). Poor work-life balance. No opportunities to work from home at all. - Strict Company. 1950's dress code (Ladies, bring out your pantyhose cause it's required 6 months of the year). Desk must follow strict guidelines (Seriously, you can only have 5 "personal" items at your desk. And yes... they do a walk through to make sure you comply). - If you don't fit within the "Uline" culture, you won't last.

Pros

The attention to detail at Uline is second to none. The training is very involved and comprehensive. They do everything in their power to ensure your success as a sales representative as well. You will never be left to question what your responsibilities or metrics are. They are very rigid and clear cut.

Cons

They audit everything that you do, you will be watched at every turn. They expect you to put Uline first before everything, and the work-life balance can seem non-existent at time. Hours are 7:30 - 5 but many people work even later.

Pros

Good bonus and profit sharing. Overall competitive benefits and clean work environment.

Cons

Your walking on egg shells, it's all about who you know not how hard you work. I've seen people let go left and right and also seen people have 9 lives in this job. No opportunities to grow very bias. You don't have no job security and if they want you out they'll find a way to push you out. If you smile or talk to much your more then likely being moved to a different station or WILL have a group of management just watching you. They want you to hits numbers but they pick and give the right numbers to their favorites. Make perfect sense why they hire so much. Not my kind of culture for work smile and nod, if your not that kind of person don't waste your time.
