- Good Training program - Challenging Projects - Exposure to the latest technology - Very talented engineering teams

Cons

- Local leadership (Technical Managers, MTS) is very poor - Most managers are biased and like oiling - Interviews are unnecessarily long without expected results - Local Mangers are unwilling to provide the leave benefits - Managers take all the credits of team success and blame the team during failure
