If you want to stay in Bangladesh, build a career in Semiconductor industry, eager to learn & work with advance technology nodes like 2/3/4/5nm, Ulkasemi is one of the very few companies where you should drop your CV. Getting paid on time, having enthusiastic colleagues and supportive managers, learning something everyday both in technical & non-technical aspects - these are the pros coming off the top of my head.

Cons

Varies from person to person. Sometimes the management fails to comprehend the difficulty of the project and it becomes a burden on the experienced, dedicated & passionate employees to complete the project with limited resources/time, impacting the work-life balance.
