      Pros

      Great organization and good hard working people. A fun environment and overall good energy throughout the organization.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are not realistic. The leadership doesn't get involved in the details and over commitments on projects. The IT leaders are not technical and lacks vision and innovation. Very frustrating for someone who wants to grow their IT career.

      Pros

      Great perks, like bonuses and gratis product. Pay is decent and for the most part work is enjoyable and always changing.

      Cons

      Pay for the employees who aren't in management isn't great and their hours are minimal, leading to employees who don't care about the tasks to be completed, and creating a mess in the store.

      Career opportunities, fast paced environment, excellent leadership support. With CEO Mary Dillon at the helm Ulta Beauty has become the undisputed leader in the cosmetics industry and is a great company to be a part of. Core values are upheld every step of the way and as a General Manager you are given the right amount of freedom to uphold these values on a daily basis. Yearly leadership conference and leadership training throughout the year.

      Cons

      The workload can be enormous at times. Hourly payroll has improved but there is no room for slackers. The job requires a lot of physical work and being fast on your feet. Retail hours and the occasional rude customers
