Pros
the pay is good especially for college students, Schedules are put up each week so that helps for students as well due to a changing schedule.
Cons
Maybe it was just because the store was new, but there were some major communication issues. Nothing was ever communicated down the line. We would find out after the store closed on a Friday that there would be a mandatory meeting the next morning at 7am. No one really knew what their responsibilities were. And major lack of training.
