The best job I've ever gotten so far, but...
Pros
I love that I was able to have business relationships with my vendors. The gratis is by far the best perk! The associate discount is pretty amazing including getting salon services, especially the extra discount during the holidays.
Cons
You're always on your own manning your Prestige department. Your prestige "team" are not really yours as they will be expected to work mostly in the registers or even tasking with the shipment team. I hated that I was always the only manager on the floor as everyone else would be in the office just chilling "doing work". I worked there for 2 years & only managed to get an increase of $.91 like seriously? I've made successful events the whole time I was there & promised so much. The worst con - theft. Having to deal with theft. You are not hired as a lost prevention so why must they put their managers safety in risk?
