Esthethtician pay plan is a joke Not challenging Very little hours that flex no matter if you 'level jump' or not. 20-35 hours max! Be careful and make sure you like the managment team.. If not there's another UltA down the street!

Where do I begin? They expect you to know every product without proper training. Management is absolutely terrible. I'm not quite sure that these people even know what they're doing. HUGE theft problem and the managers don't do a thing about it. Oh and they will also accuse employees of stealing because quite frankly, I think they're just bored. Their "quota" is beyond ridiculous. They don't care about their employees or their customers. The only thing they care about is selling useless items to as many people as possible. Just getting out of school, I'm expected to have a large clientele when they do absolutely NOTHING to promote the salon. A girl can only tell her friends and family so many times. It's no wonder this location has the highest turnover rate than any of the other stores. If you enjoy feeling harassed and uncomfortable at your job while getting poor pay and zero support from management, then ULTA is perfect for you!
