No recognition for hard work, age discrimination and no support from HR and worse treatment once you shed light on hostile workplace and you are made to feel like you did something wrong and upper management turns their head and also discloses private and confidential issues including health. You are bullied until you resign then they promote prior employees that they wanted to fire because now they are kiss ups, Shady and management is allowed to run a very hostile work environment with no repercussions even after making employees health so bad they needed to be signed off work!! And again all staff was approached to join in to ostracize the employee seen it done several times.

Sometimes petty behavior from management and other employees. None of the managers really agreed with each other, so I had to tailor how to do my job depending on which manager I was working with that day. Also noticed that the management was pretty unwilling to give raises and pay compensation as deserved, and heard from other employees that they had been screwed over too. These factors led to relatively high turnover, and near the end of my career there I noticed management would just hire anyone they could get their hands on, meaning less than competent employees, which only made my job harder.
