Pros

It is a flexible work environment (for a consultant). The ESOP is a great way to build up your retirement. There are some really cool and interesting people that work there.

Cons

Middle management promotions tend to follow a very specific personality type. Sometimes, good engineers make poor managers and those poor managers can remain in their role.

There could be better feedback, training, and guidance from high level performers.
