Great team-friendly atmosphere and people are nice

Cons

They don't compensate employees based on individual performance in the 3.5 years I've been here. I've had to ask for promotions/raises.

I get to set my own schedule, I am trusted to get the work done without micro-management. The culture here is unlike any place I have EVER experienced. I can't say enough good things about it. I hope to never leave!

Cons

Lack of Unity at the leadership level, lots of growing pains that are catching up to every aspect of the organization.
