      Ulteig is the best employer I have ever had.

      Pros

      Ulteig is work/life balance focused. They provide a great work culture with great benefits. They have frequent team outings and invest in their employees. Management consistently is looking out for their employees and their well being.

      Cons

      They could increase the number of paid holidays they offer. They could decrease the investment in some of the initiatives and repurpose the money towards local communities.
