3yThanks so much for writing this positive review! I am glad to see that your experience at Ulteig has been so positive. You are right that we seek opportunities for individuals on our team to be promoted into higher-level roles. That is not viable for every position, so we hire externally in some cases. Given the growth that we've had as an organization, there have been a lot of opportunities for our team.

Sorry to see that you are not happy with the promotion situation. As you likely know, we have a career lattice for engineers that identifies guidelines for moving individuals from one level to the next. Hopefully you've spoken with your manager about what steps are necessary to get to the next level.
