Ulteig makes it really easy to work where I want. I have the ability to work either from home or the office conveniently.

Lot of talent that shares their knowledge rather than hoarding it. Pays for overtime work.

Cons

Concerns seem to fall on deaf ears. Any change or request takes a long time to process. Promised work life balance but have yet to see it.
