Pros

ESOP! I really don't know of a better benefit than this and reaping the fruits of your labor is very satisfying. Ulteig leads the industry in flexibility for employees. The work environment and culture at Ulteig is why people like working here and our clients also appreciate working with happy employees.

Cons

As an ESOP, everyone has skin in the game and cares about the bottom line so we're all very cost conscience so some quality office supplies are not as available as some comparable companies.
