I've been working at Ultimate Care for over a year now, and my overall experience has been very pleasant. Everyone in the office is very supportive and understanding, they are always willing to help when needed. Everyone works as a part of a team and they truly make you feel like you're part of a family.

Pros

You get pizza, when you don’t stay in the office after hours trying to staff your cases or try to catch up with all your work that your supervisors is telling you to do.( that’s work for two people)

Cons

Your superiors talk to you like you don’t know what the hell you’re doing. They talk to you about being a team but they’re not doing it from self. You get writeups for doing something they told you to do
