Pros

I no longer work there. Weekly pay.

Cons

Yikes, where do I start? First and foremost, the location is highly inconvenient if you are a driver. I got so many tickets because there are no parking provisions made workers, only supervisors. I would never drive to this place if you're planning on being employed here. This company suffers from an extreme level of disorganization. Half the time I had absolutely no idea what was going on. The training, or lack thereof, sucks and no one seems to care. Not sure if this has changed but the program they use (Bolt) to keep track of patients and cases is subpar; definitely a downgrade from SalesForce which I used at my previous employer. The same goes for the rest of the equipment. I used to walk around and grab coffee while talking to my patients on a wireless headset before I started working at Ultimate. I was given a crappy headset that had to be plugged into the phone. I could barely hear my phone calls, the few that I did have because their queue, call forwarding, and overall phone system was just as confusing and outdated as everything else about this place. The supervisors walk around, hover over your cubicles and barely commmunicate with you. All of them seemed unapproachable and overall disinterested in assisting you with anything. The pay is horrendous and unlivable. Even though they "matched" my previous salary on paper, I made much less than I made at my previous job. I was being paid a little over $500/week which is almost poverty in New York. If you live with family and don't have any major bills, go for it. While I was there people were getting fired left and right, or leaving. To top off my awful 3 month experience, a racist comment was made by in the elevator towards myself and another co-worker by an agency we shared the building with. I guess she assumed neither one of us knew how to speak Russian. UltimateCare is the true definition of a dead-end job. Now that I've moved on and now own a business, looking back at working there seemed like a really dark time in my life. Why be miserable? Seek better.
