It won't matter how great you are- you could be the best admissions advisor with the best numbers- but if you are not friends meaning go out drinking with them or even sleep with them- as a female you have no shot of a promotion. The men of management are so threatened by someone having more knowledge than them as well and they even show it in the way they act towards you. So if you are an attractive female with poor work ethic you will do just fine- you might even make president

Pros

High energy environment where smart hard working employees who get stuff done are recognized and rewarded. Very dedicated to their employees and students.

Cons

Invest more in technology that supports the productivity of the employees. Like most organizations there are a few lazy folks that need to be moved out and upgraded with staff who take pride in the quality of their work.

The hourly pay Some of the people are great to work with but the management leaves alot to be desired of true leadership

Cons

All you are is just a warm body filling a seat. You don't receive the proper training that you should before you are release on the floor by yourself.

We know that our students ask a lot of our school and it falls on the big and capable shoulders of our staff to deliver and make good on our mission. Our admissions team members receive two full weeks of paid training, plus regular coaching at all levels, covering technology, our programs, processes and policies. This training is designed to position those who are willing to work hard and commit to empowering our students to make positive changes in their lives, for success.
