      Pros

      Pay: the pay is good if you started 2yrs ago went from $19 to $16 an hour.

      Cons

      Managements all about numbers versus continuous training.

      It's clear from your review you are unhappy do not enjoy working at the Academy. So why stay? There must be something holding you to the UMA family. How about sitting down over lunch with someone like myself or a manager and sharing your specific concerns? I'd be happy to listen and help you find what you're looking for in a career. And if it doesn't work out, I'm happy to help you find greener pastures. But until you can have a dialogue, we cannot really train, teach and grow together.       The genuinely enjoyed the people I worked with and my immeadiate management.

      Cons

      I felt as though I was lying to students and did not provide the services we promised them on the front end.
