      If you last more than three months, you're better than most.

      Pros

      1 hour lunches. Very relaxed management on night shift. $16 per hour pay rate.

      Cons

      Extremely difficult students. You must enroll people that can barely fill out the online enrollment form into higher education. They barely train you on how to get students all the way through their first week of class, which is what you need to do to keep your job. No job security at all.

      Hi there - all admissions representatives receive comprehensive paid training before they begin interacting with students. Helping our students overcome obstacles and challenges is not for everyone, and I'm sorry to hear it didn't work out for you as a career choice. I hope you can find your true calling in another line of work and wish you all the best. Our academy has admissions criteria, as well as criteria for remaining in school. This is part of training and we have processes and systems in place that prevent unqualified students from enrolling and starting class. As a result, we have to turn away a large number of prospective students.

      Pros

      I honestly have so many pro's - I don't know where to start. Well first of all it's great having a manager that TRULY cares about you and your growth within the company. Also, you become very close with your co-workers it's almost like having a work family. I really enjoy the opportunity to help change a student's life everyday as being part of our job description. Also, it is a great place that is constantly growing - you know you have job security as long as your able to produce.

      can be stressful at times

      Pros

      i love my job, almost everyday its different activity going on. for example: today they had green day to celebrate Dr. Seuss week, yesterday we had funny socks day. I also really enjoy celebrating the success of our graduates, it is really up lifting when i have a group of 50 to 100 co workers praising me for getting a graduate hired. and best of all the progression model (the pay) is one of the best that I have ever seen! and that says a lot because I have been in this career for the last 15 years and I have yet to see a company where you can progress so quickly.

      Cons

      none at all. not with this new progression model.
