Remote, decent pay for most

Cons

Churn and Burn. Depending on your management team, they will track you every second of the day, down to timing to make sure you have under 3-minute potty breaks. You won't even have time to refill your glass of water outside your 15-minute break. Some managers are great, others will gaslight you like crazy. They do listen to every single thing you speak and type, even in "private" groups or convos. I have seen them completely set up an employee to fire him. They put unreasonable expectations on him and set him up to fail AND they accidently put their plan out into the team group instead of their own chat. Did I mention they created advancement paths for only POC?
