Hi There - Sorry to hear you do not have a positive appreciation of your former employer. I can assure you that we do have a code of ethics which is reviewed with all new employees during new hire training, orientation and job-based training. You would have reviewed this in-depth during your first two weeks of training, just like all other employees. We value these guidelines, along with our mission, with the highest regard. I am also happy to say that our tuition is very competitive - lower than most other schools offering similar programs. A quick review of competitors will reveal this. Regardless of these things, I wish you all the best in your future endeavors; hoping you find a new employer that helps you shine.

I can certainly see you are very unhappy after leaving UMA. I know UMA is not the right fit for everyone, and our career services program has high expectations of its staff members that ultimately results in employees not making the cut. I can assure you that we do not tolerate anything you mentioned in your post and you should share evidence of your claims with HR. I would encourage you to focus your energy on the next chapter in your career and finding a school or organization that better fits your interests. Best wishes on those endeavors and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

I see you felt that UMA was your best job ever but you've left the team... I know the admissions environment can be quite demanding and it's certainly not the right job for everyone. I sincerely hope you find your next best job and wish you continued success in your career.
