-Decent experience (SAP/etc) -You are exposed to and meet a ton of people/diversity/variety -Fun environment

Cons

-Very cult-y -Favoritism is emphasized/underscored here -Not merit-based promotions; rather nepotism is what is practiced regularly -anyone can come in as a manager and suddenly be your boss even if it was car sales experience s/he had; many times these people had power trips

Ability to mke a difference, management listens, education opportunities, great benefits, leadership training classes, off sites for awards, encompass company values, work as ONE is encouraged AllDay Every Day

Cons

Only Con is parking garage and rush to get home, people get rude and try to pass While you back out. THAT IS an individual con not company facing
