      Pros

      Good Pay and pay raises. I also appreciate the excitement and energy the company tries implement to keep employees engaged and also keep the moral high.

      Cons

      It is difficult at times to work with graduates over the phone as opposed to face to face. Some of the graduates are really not motivated so you have to be more than an advisor. You have to be a coach, a mentor, a counselor and at times a parent. These type of interactions would be much easier to deal with on a personal face to face level.
