Management excels at fostering a fun work environment not only in the office, but also by hosting team outings, and quarterly events to recognize accomplishments. It's pretty rare being able to enjoy going to work every day.
Cons
Some departments have higher turn over, but if you come in with an open mind and willingness to learn this is a great place to start your career. Lack of interdepartmental communication can sometimes slow student progress.
