Pros
UMA pays well, and hires great people. Much attention to quality of education and compliance.
Cons
Not a good place to work. I saw them fire a lot of really good people without cause. The fired employees were used as scapegoats. No support for the employee unless you are part of the "in" group. If you are part of the "in" group, you can do no wrong. I left because of the ruthless environment. If you get on the boss's bad side, you are done. There is no support to help employees improve. They hire good people and then set them up to fail by the lack of support to succeed. Sink or swim.
