Hi Academic Coach, thank you for helping support our students when it comes to ensuring academic success during their programs. I'm sorry to see that you're no longer with our institution and wish you all the best as you approach the next chapter in your career. With regards to remote work, I believe the academic team is working to build a strong collaborative culture as we grow and feel it is important that our staff be exposed to one another in person so that they experience the journey together. Pleasant students. School provides books and supplies to students. Respond to teacher requests for special equipment.

Cons

Some students don't care and only want to 'pass' the class. Highly controlled atmosphere. Physical plant is not very inviting to work in.

I'm pleased to share that a number of new investments in facilities have begun at the school. For example, we recently worked with the landlord to repave several acres of parking area, paint the exterior of the building, and so on... We'll continue with some other upgrades in the interior, hopefully later this year. It's an exciting time to be part of UMA and our instructors, like you, are the lifeblood of our campus culture. You set the tone! Thanks for helping us change the lives of our students and further the mission of UMA.
