We offer annual management training for all managers as well as monthly seminars for management to attend. We appreciate your feedback. Ultimus’ CONNECT committee organizes various events throughout the various office locations and we are happy to hear you enjoy the lunches and events. As far as training processes go, we encourage you to speak with your manager to discuss ideas or any insight on how to improve training or processes. Additionally, we have the uIMPROVE program where associates can submit ideas which are reviewed by a panel.
