Work from home, everyone is super understanding and there is such good training process. I love all of my bosses, they are always making sure I am not overworked, and when I am they really help. Tonss of PTO. Just the best job, They really work toward promotion too!

Cons

Some people just like chatting more than me. THere are busy seasons (Quarter end reporting) that I end up with a lot, but the rest of the year makes up for it. And youre an accountant so like, thats going to be busy everywhere
