      Thank you for your feedback. Ultimus values workplace flexibility, as we recognize its importance to our associates. Regarding training and process improvements, we encourage associates to speak with their manager to discuss any ideas or insights you may have for enhancing current training or workflows. Additionally, we provide several monthly live session training courses that are also recorded and can viewed at any time if you are unable to attend. Ultimus also provides mandatory annual training for both managers and associates, which must be completed each year. We appreciate the time you took to share your feedback.
