Pros

Aside from knowledge of a few employees, there's few pros working for UM. Some of the projects are technically challenging but the implementation, planning and rigor is non existent in projects. The major benefit is WFH and working patter flexibility

Cons

Without a doubt, the worst employer I've had the misfortune to work for. Stuck in a time warp (old style mgmt with blame culture within projects), no investment in employees, mandated to work and book solely to projects so no training, R&D nor development. Tools and processes are archaic with no documentation so reliant on the old timers knowledge. Poor range of benefits. Constant churn of staff says it all and I can't wait till I leave.

Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

The abuse their workers to work stupid hours and you are only allowed to book 37 hours. You work like a donkey and they abuse you like a donkey.
