Since being bought by Advent, drastically gone downhill, making unnecessary redundancies, scraping it back to bare bones, expecting non qualified staff to pick up the work.

Cons

Expected to do 3 people’s work. Constantly working overtime which isn’t paid. Disorganised and never take on board lessons learnt therefore suffer the same issues over and over.
