      Avoid at all costs unless you absolutely have no choice

      Pros

      Flexible working hours and access to some interesting technology.

      Cons

      Literally one of the most toxic environments you will ever encounter. Employees are almost incentivised to inform on one another to the point that even if a conversation is overheard or misinterpreted, it can land you in some SERIOUS trouble. That also applies to conversations and social gatherings that take place outside of work too. My advice to anyone that has to attend the office is to keep your head down, say as little as possible and be very mindful of what you say, how you say it and the people that are around you. If you can work remotely, do just that. Don't expect a team environment unless you like walking on eggshells.

      Pros

      If you like to sit and do nothing it's great for you. There are some good people in the company, but they have their hands tied up due to the critical lack of staff.

      Cons

      Got no safety training, got told we do things differently here and every single time there was an issue it was swept under the rug. Got taken on with the mindset of using my electrical qualifications, as soon as I actually started I get told you can't use those here, you're not qualified. No one in the company has a clue on what's going on in the short or long term, why there's a massive flood of people leaving for the competition. Also got asked multiple times whenever there was an issue or incident, please don't write a review on glassdoor. Constantly told not to talk about wages as it's against company policy.

      Interesting subject matter and some really great folks

      Cons

      The company is in the process of being sold again. Senior managers are stuffing if to drive the sales price up with little regard to the employees. Little to none investment in employees. Every cent gets split.
