Pros

Exposure to interesting and technically advanced projects • Talented and hardworking colleagues at individual contributor level, particularly the technical team! Hard workers. • Opportunities to build resilience and independence • Industry relevance provides career mobility elsewhere

Cons

• Senior leadership is manipulative, inconsistent, and selfserving • Culture of dishonesty, shifting truths, and blame-shifting creates confusion • Employees are undervalued, ignored, and disrespected despite their contributions • No real accountability or support structure; constant fire-fighting is the norm • Morale is extremely low and turnover is high, which further destabilises delivery

Pros

Some great people to work with and pay is good

Cons

- major H&S issues - HR works to protect the company from the workers (HR ignored nearly all my communication from pre hire to post employment - and when responses were received, they were factually incorrect) - constant 'firefighting' - departments function as their own company and treat other departments at competition - declining quality - production numbers prioritized much higher than safety or quality and results in unrealistic business expectations that are rarely met - insufficiently resourced across many departments - meeting paralysis - very high turnover - significant layoffs in 2024 - preventative maintenance and investment in equipment was not backed by management - same position had significant variation within skillsets/education
