Great pipelines, great pay and benefits

Cons

Management is very chaotic, Too many managers to speak, not enough people to do the work essentially. The mangers who were hired to lead were not required to know what they are leading, thereby often times, they are blaming something which is not wrong, and not blaming something which is not right. The team is super micro-managed, making you feel watched all the time.
