Worst politics I've ever experienced. Completely see through cronyism for all upper management and even many mid level positions. Hire and even firing of political allies and enemies completely overt. The political train is well and truly full steam heading away from any sort of common sense, proper experience, or trustworthiness. Insane workload across most departments. Company has bitten off more than it can chew and expanded too quickly. Cannot hire or even provide space quickly enough for the minimum number of employees required. Results in the ridiculous work load and destruction of work life balance.

Some execs/managers are all talk and no action (love to delegate work and take credit) although this is not the majority. People who come from larger orgs (for example Genentech) think that they can apply everything they did there here, which is absolutely not the case. It's a different beast. Some growing pains but this is to be expected.
