development organization: CMO has made many needed changes over past year. He has provided much needed leadership/insights/professionalism to development and to the company overall. pipeline focus on patients

Cons

still a young company finding its way (it will get there) CEO: very intelligent and cares for patients but at times lacks humility (can't admit when he is wrong), has his favorites, and be a little careful of his "1 AM emails"

Patient focused, strong executive team, cares for the employees. Also for the couple of folks who made some negative comments in past reviews about CEO/CMO who are actually both terrific: I hope you would have the professionalism and maturity to leave the company if you are so unhappy so that the rest of us can continue to build a great company for patients.

Cons

a few (very few) people who were from the original employees don't seem to want to support the good changes that are being made that are truly needed
