      Pros

      A promising company in rare disease. The company is going to have a satellite site in south bay. Colleagues are nice and confident

      Cons

      Everyone is talking about stock.... Novato is not a good place to live in or commute. It will be much better after the south site opens

      Pros

      The company is growing exponentially, which has brought more needed headcount for work allocation.

      Cons

      The Chief Medical Officer - since his arrival there has been many changes that have bot been good. He has hired a large amount of executives to run the programs so he doesn't have to do any work himself. He seems to be nice only to those who are high enough in the totem pole...a true elitist. I do love the rest of the executive team especially its CEO.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment where everyone is encouraged to work hard and play hard. Co-workers help each other out when possible.

      Cons

      Location. This is because Novato is not known as Biotech hub so it is sometimes difficult to attract experienced talent.
