-great to put on resume if your building experience -subsidized cafe (you get a lot of food for couple of bucks)

Cons

-salary way too low for amount of work your doing -unpaid overtime hours -unprofessional -can count on 1 hand how many people are friendly

Pros

Learn various technologies and have in-house cafeteria. Employees are friendly and easy to communicate.

Cons

Salary is too low and benefits are awful. Comparing to large company, you will need to pay for the basic plan and its coverage is bad. This IT jobs in this company is only good for IT people with minimum experience or newly college graduates. If you had Computer Science degree from university, the roles are not suitable/worthy to you and it is simply wasting your talent and time. The company constantly have people leaving and joining. I would advise you to take a closer look at the company before considering their offer.

Favoratism , if you like to be the managers lap dog then go for the position. Their performance reviews is based on favoritism not actual job performamce.
