      1. Great creative team 2. Always encourage new design ideas 3. You can create your own opportunities 4. Great co-workers (at non-management level)

      Cons

      high expectation without providing right resources, e.g. : 1. no training 2. unrealistic due date - everything is ad-hoc and everything is last minute 3. lack of manpower - does not replace people when they leave, stretching the team thinner and thinner 4. Lack of vision - Management is only short-sighted and could not lead the company

      Pros

      Sad to see so many bad reviews. I loved my time here. This is a great place to work. Pros include the standard perks that were mentioned in other reviews. The real "pro" of working here is the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business and of course the people. The right personality can do very well here. - Onsite cafe: I could write an entire review on the cafe alone. Amazing perk that allowed for some great communal time with coworkers and the food/chef was amazing. Really miss this. - Employee discount and employee sales - Gym on site. - Good coffee - The people here are amazing. I will really miss working with them everyday, but know I will keep in touch with many. - Summer hours recently introduced.

      Cons

      Not many cons. - Benefits could improve. Most companies are offering 90% or above employer contributions and greater paramedical coverage. - Work/life balance could be improved on. Good step towards with the introduction of summer hours.
