Poor management

Pros

They are a large world wide company that has potential with the right management

Cons

They only hire management from outside with no room for advancement. They haven't given a raise in years. The only way to survive is being in the in crowd as it is far too clicky and it isn't how well you do your job it is how well you are like by others especially those with rank. If someone is doing extremely poor and pushing duties off on others, they get to keep their job if they are liked by the right people and in the right click. Sad for the hard workers that know their stuff and are not heard.

Pros

I was a young designer and the ridiculous environment made every job from there on out feel like a cake walk.

Cons

No ability to actually make decisive decision. Labour camp is an understatement. No ability to rise in the company unless become teachers pet to the heads. No vision for todays markets.

Agree with all posts - stay away if you respect yourself

Pros

Certainly the shorter list. Slight advantages include your average benefits, a gym you'll rarely use, on site (paid) food is delicious and the free coffee is.... free. It's a great place to work looking in from the outside and they do a good job of making you think that during the interview process. You'll be happy at first.

Cons

This company sails an extremely outdated ship. There are simply too many "Cons" to list. From an out of control, bordering on abusive, ranting CEO to a sheer lack of direction - employees are treated with very little (read: no) respect. Agree with the countless other reviews that advise job seekers to run in the opposite direction. From where I stood the employee turnover is out of control for a company of this size which should say it all. This includes nearly the entire HR team.
