Pros
The people are very talented and great to work with. I trust them and can rely on them to give great feedback and advice. Unboxed's products and services are unique and truly top notch. The culture and office environment promote many positive experiences.
Cons
The pace often feels rushed leading to sloppy processes from time to time. The team is talented enough to deliver under tight deadlines but sometimes at a cost (morale, burnout, etc.). As a smaller company, it sometimes feels resource-constrained where you know what needs to get done but don't quite have enough people or money to do it right.
