It's great to hear that you, along with many in Customer Service and our other teams, appreciate our remote work options! Though the CS team is fully remote, they have found successful methods of making the workday fun and collaborative. We understand it can be challenging to feel a lack of advancement available on our larger teams, where many team members hold the same title and there are limited supervisory roles available. We are actively developing a growth plan for our CS team members that provides clarity in how to advance within this team by gaining additional expertise in the variety of functions our CS team serves. Very supportive team, managers, supervisors and CEO. Positive atmosphere and very kind. As far as the customers, must be patient. Most customers are elderly.
