Though the CS team is fully remote, they have found successful methods of making the workday fun and collaborative. We understand it can be challenging to feel a lack of advancement available on our larger teams, where many team members hold the same title and there are limited supervisory roles available. We are actively developing a growth plan for our CS team members that provides clarity in how to advance within this team by gaining additional expertise in the variety of functions our CS team serves.
