- A group of excellent and intelligent people who both challenge and support you - People I would consider friends first, colleagues second - Pride in the product being created and an obvious passion for the good it does - Openness to try new things and processes - a feeling of being on the cutting edge

Cons

- Expectations can be high and you'll find yourself occasionally staying late to match others' output - Passionate people can occasionally inflame office politics

-The culture is amazing, with the people team thinking of everything to make sure employees stay happy and motivated. - Friendly and approachable employees in all departments. - They take on board what you want to do and how you want to progress in your role.

Cons

- Could offer a few more benefits, however I understand they are currently looking into this!
