      A few of the employees are good to work with.

      Cons

      I worked at two different locations and both were very toxic. Employees and temporary workers "ran the show". No respect for management. Management also didn't hold employees accountable for unacceptable behavior. Allowed bad behavior because they were short-staffed and didn't want to lose anyone. Upper management only cares about numbers. No support to directors struggling to keep staff. No show of appreciation to staff.

      The job is crucial to society, especially during the Pandemic. The people we help are worth helping The experience of working with people in this situation is very valuable

      There is not much room for success. The compensation does not match the challenge for the position This is not where I see my future professional development

      There are so many opportunities and chances in this business, but you still have to stand out and show how you are different and special and the more of a people person you are the better you will perform.
